It would be recalled that Aminu sometimes in 2017 was remanded in custody for failure to comply with Magistrate Ayeye’s order to produce the children for assessment.
The production order was made following a Save Our Soul, SOS, text message from one of the children complaining maltreatment and lack of care from their father who they claimed often abandoned them to the care of housemaid while he pursue his businesses within and outside the country.
