Saraki Sympathies With Kogi State Govt. Over Majority Leader, Jubril’s Death

Senate president, Abubakar Bukola Saraki has expresse condolences to the family of the late deputy majority Leader, Umar Baba Jibril over their loss.
Saraki through his Twitter handle also extend his sympathy to the Kogi state government where the deceased legislator hails from.
“My prayers are with the family and constituents of Rt. Hon Umar Buba Jibril, Deputy Leader of the House of Representatives, who passed away early this morning.
“My deep condolences also go out to Speaker Dogara and the government and people of Kogi State over the loss of Hon. Jibril.
“May the Almighty forgive his shortcomings and grant him a place amongst the righteous ones in Aljannah Firdaus. Amin.
“As a former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, late Hon. Jibril, was a seasoned and conscientious lawmaker,” he said.
The late Jubril represented Lokoja/Kogi Federal constituency in the lower legislative chamber of the National Assembly before he passed-on in the early hours of Friday in Abuja.
As at the time of his death, the late Jibril was aged 58.
